1. About This Policy

OZSHOPPA PTY LTD ("OzShoppa", "we", "us", "our") operates ozshoppa.com.au as a product-discovery and affiliate/referral platform. OzShoppa does not operate an online checkout and does not currently sell products directly to customers.

When you follow an affiliate or referral link from the OzShoppa Website to a participating third-party retailer and complete a purchase, the transaction is solely between you and that retailer. OzShoppa is not a party to the retail purchase.

2. Who Is Responsible for Returns and Refunds

Because your purchase is made directly with a participating retailer, that retailer is responsible for all aspects of the retail transaction, including:

returns and exchanges;
refunds;
faulty, damaged or incorrectly described product claims;
warranty claims;
delivery-related claims; and
change-of-mind requests and purchase-related customer service.

Your rights and remedies in relation to a product purchase — including rights under the Australian Consumer Law — are ordinarily exercised against the participating retailer that sold you the product.

3. Retailer Return and Refund Policies

Each participating retailer operates its own return, refund, exchange and warranty policies. These policies vary between retailers and may specify conditions such as return timeframes, product condition requirements and the available remedies.

We encourage you to review the relevant retailer's return and refund policy before completing a purchase. The retailer's current policies are generally available on its website or during the purchase process.

4. Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted or modified under the Australian Consumer Law (Schedule 2 to the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth)) or other applicable law.

Under the Australian Consumer Law, you may have rights in relation to products that are faulty, not fit for purpose, not as described, or that do not match a sample or demonstration model. These rights are ordinarily exercised against the retailer that sold you the product.

5. How OzShoppa Can Help

OzShoppa cannot access or administer a participating retailer's order system, and cannot authorise or process a refund, exchange, replacement or warranty claim on a retailer's behalf.
